Terms of Service

These terms describe the use of Al-Bidayah Academy’s website, learning services, and student, parent, and staff portals.

Accounts and responsibilities

Students, parents, and teachers should provide accurate information and keep sign-in details private. Parents are responsible for the use of accounts set up for their children. Report unauthorized access promptly. Staff and teacher accounts must only be used for authorized academy work.

Enrollment and classes

Course availability, pricing, and schedules are shown on course pages or confirmed directly with the academy. Sending an inquiry or enrollment form does not itself confirm a class placement. Flexible class times are arranged according to availability; fixed course schedules are stated in Pakistan Standard Time unless otherwise specified. Any agreed payment arrangements are communicated separately; there is no payment checkout on this website.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to change or cancel a class, use the portal’s rescheduling request where available or contact the academy. Requests are subject to staff review and teacher availability; a request is not an automatic schedule change. Confirm any applicable fees or make-up arrangements with the academy before making a change.

Learning materials and acceptable use

Materials provided through Al-Bidayah Academy are for your personal learning unless otherwise agreed. Do not copy, distribute, or commercially reuse academy materials without permission. Please treat students, families, and teachers respectfully. Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, share others’ private information, or disrupt lessons or services.

Access and service changes

We may restrict or end access if accounts are misused or these terms are violated. Course offerings, schedules, and website features may change. We may also update these terms; the version on this page reflects the current published terms.

Limitations

We work to keep classes and website services available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular learning outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Al-Bidayah Academy is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
