Information we collect
Student and parent enrollment details may include names, age, contact details, country, timezone, subjects, and preferred schedules. Teacher applications may include contact details, qualifications, experience, availability, and uploaded documents. We also receive information you provide in feedback, complaints, and other messages. Account holders provide an email address and sign-in credentials. The learning system stores course, class, attendance, homework, progress, and related records.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, arrange enrollment and classes, manage accounts and teaching applications, provide learning materials and portal access, track learning progress, and operate the academy. Enrollment and application messages you choose to send through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp as well as us; please review WhatsApp’s privacy information before sending.
Storage and access
Records and sign-in services are hosted in our Lovable Cloud database, powered by Supabase. Files and documents submitted to the academy can be stored in its file storage. Authorized staff can access information needed for their roles; students and parents can access their own relevant portal information. Private teaching and administrative notes are not shown to students or parents.
Security and retention
We use account sign-in, role-based access controls, and database access rules to limit who can view or change records. No online service can promise absolute security. We retain information while needed to provide learning services, maintain relevant records, and respond to requests. Retention may depend on the type of record and applicable obligations; we do not promise a fixed deletion schedule.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in sessions and your light or dark appearance choice may be stored in your browser. We have not added advertising or analytics tracking cookies to this website. See our Cookie Policy for more.
